Operation

The Smart Space works in two main stages: "Submit a new project" and "Under evaluation".

In the project submission stage,
the internal members or the external members can submit new project proposals by creating and editing publications, leaving public comments and voting on publications (voting restricted to internal members).

During the evaluation stage,
submitted projects are reviewed by experts (decided on a case-by-case basis by the administrators), and selected projects become visible to both internal and external members. Public comments are visible to internal members only, while external comments are not. private comments are accessible to both internal and external members. Voting on publications is not available to all users, and only internal members can leave comments.
